Push Up Reps is built on a simple principle: your data is yours. We don't collect it, we don't store it on servers, and we don't share it with anyone.
Effective date: March 2026
Push Up Reps does not collect any personal data. Your rep counts and stats stay on your device. If you choose to log a workout, that data goes to Apple Health — and nowhere else. We have no servers, no accounts, no tracking.
That's genuinely it. The sections below go into more detail, but they don't change this core fact.
All data generated by Push Up Reps is stored locally on your Apple Watch and iPhone. Nothing is transmitted to external servers.
Push Up Reps can optionally write workout sessions to Apple Health at the end of a session. This is entirely opt-in — you are prompted each time and can decline.
We only write data to Apple Health. We do not read any existing health data from your device. Apple governs how Health data is stored and shared through its own privacy framework.
You can revoke Apple Health permissions at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Push Up Reps on your iPhone.
Push Up Reps does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data platforms. Your data is never sold, shared, or transmitted to any party outside of Apple's own frameworks on your device.
If you have any questions about this privacy policy or how Push Up Reps handles data, you can reach us through the contact form on our support page.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
